Overcome

"He did not say you would not be troubled, you would not be tempted, you would not be distressed, but He did say you would not be overcome." St. Jose Maria Escriva

That last line speaks to my heart.

"You would not be overcome."

God will triumph!

What do you want to overcome?

Grief? Anxiety? Fear? Loneliness?

Do not let your hearts be troubled.

"If all of this is a part of God's plan, then we can take heart.We can find hope. God knows what we are up against. He never asks anything of us that life doesn't equip us to accomplish." Keeping in Balance, Walking with Purpose

Our hope is in Him who will overcome all things.

"But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us." Romans 8:37
