Acts of Kindness

I understand choosing to be kind is not always going to be easy.

However, it will become easier with every kind choice we make.

I enjoy doing Acts of Kindness.

Some ideas I suggest are: Saying a prayer, delivering a meal, or listening to a friend.

Holding your tongue is also, considered an act of kindness.

I am working on that one.

We all matter to God.

Show kindness in your words and in your actions.

The world will benefit from it and so will you.
